Refunds, returns & Exchanges
We prefer to handle refunds and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. We are reasonable people and presume others to be as well. If you should ever have a problem with your items, we ask that you please give us the opportunity to make it right. We believe in, and stand behind, everything that we create. Most things we make can be repaired very easily by us and if it can't then we may be able to replace it; if there should be a problem due to a workmanship issue. After all we are just humans crafting these items and we are fallible, despite our best efforts with our products. We will do our utmost to rectify the problem to your satisfaction. We absolutely love the work that we do and we want you to love it, too.
Custom orders, seasonal and holiday gift items are no return, no refund; unless they are not as described in the listing. Proof of lost, stolen or damaged items must be provided for refunds. All items are to be returned in new, unwashed and unused conditions for our inspection prior to any refund being issued. Refunds will be for the cost of the product. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded if an item is being replaced. The customer is responsible for shipping returnable items in proper packaging (preferably what it was sent in to the purchaser) at own expense.
Most items can be returned within 15 days of receiving the item. Items purchased online at PayetteCustomCreations.ca may be returned by mail, unless stated otherwise.
Items purchased online or in store location that were not personalized or customized can be returned with original receipt for refund or exchanged within 15 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in the original Payette Custom Creations packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 15 days after purchase.
Gift Card with Purchase Offers: If your purchase included a free gift card, the free gift card must also be returned unredeemed for the purchase to qualify for a refund.
